This message is to inform you of a crucial Architect migration scheduled for Saturday, October 5th. This migration is necessary to ensure the automatic setup of Architect on new Open client workspaces (fka. tenants).
Planned Downtime:
During the migration, Architect will be offline, potentially for the entire day.
Impact:
We wanted to make you aware of this planned downtime as it may impact your collaboration with pitch teams on future presentations. If so, please adjust your plans accordingly.
Potential Risks:
We have assessed this process and believe there is minimal risk of error. In a worst-case scenario, data may not be visible; however, there is no risk of data deletion.
If you encounter any issues, please ensure the pitch team reports the bug to the support team. We will address it with the highest priority.

Update - Currently there is no data discrepancy for Twitter. The team is still looking into this for the final fix to avoid the issue again.

Update - There is an issue with the Data Accuracy Feed and we are currently unable to check the accuracy for Twitter data for client Google from 8 September 2024. The team is currently investigating the issue with immediate priority.

Workaround: You can manually upload the data against the OPIDs or DCM placements.
We are currently still investigating the root cause, and we are working to establish the ETA for the resolution of the issue. It is being looked at with immediate priority.

During this period, the Portal will be inaccessible, meaning you will not be able to view, edit, or create anything within the platform.
To prevent disruption to any client reports, kindly ensure that all necessary changes to feeds or sources are completed prior to the downtime.
A reminder will be sent closer to the date, and we will notify you once the maintenance is complete and the system is accessible again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
